About the data
How the data is collected
All data comes from public Gladiatus resources. Only the main character is read: name, title, guild, level, stats and equipped items.
- One full sync every day between 17:00 and 19:00 UTC.
- Only players at level 50 or above are fetched; lower levels never are. Profiles are fetched for every such player whose level is in one of the selected brackets (all). The game's ranking lists the top 1,000 players by level per server, so low brackets can be incomplete.
- Banned or locked gladiators are not in the server's rankings, so their profiles are not fetched.
- Every sync fetches each of these profiles again, so a changed build shows up the next day.
- Statistics include only profiles fetched in the last 7 days.
Scores
Build power
Build power tells how strong a build is. It compares each stat with a fixed reference value: the value a typical gladiator at level 50 or above has. All reference values are in the table.
How it is worked out:
- Each stat is divided by its reference value. 1 means the stat equals the reference, 2 means twice as much, 0.5 means half.
- The result is multiplied by the stat's weight: the more a stat matters, the higher its weight.
- The results of all stats are added up, and the total is multiplied by 100.
Example: Strength 940 is twice the reference of 470. With its weight of 1.5, it adds 2 × 1.5 × 100 = 300 to the build power.
A build that matches the reference on every stat has a build power of 2,050. Higher means the build is stronger than the reference, lower means it is weaker. There is no upper limit: every stat you raise adds to it.
The reference values are the same for every level bracket and every day, so build power can be compared across brackets, and it only changes when the build changes, never because other gladiators changed.
Season 2026 (October 2026)
The reference values were picked for the 2026 season. Each one is the median of that stat over all 13,722 gladiators at level 50 or above with a current profile when they were measured: half of them had less, half had more. The medians were rounded to the nearest 10 below 1,000 and to the nearest 100 above; level and the two rates to whole numbers.
They stay the same for the whole season. As gladiators get stronger over time, the medians grow, so the reference values may be recalculated for a new season, about once a year. A new season changes every build power at once, so build power is only compared within one season, and the movement on the bracket pages starts again.
Weights and reference values (season 2026)
A gladiator with exactly these values on every stat has a build power of 2,050.
Block rate and critical rate count as the number shown: 40% counts as 40.
Raw score
The raw score tells how a build ranks against its rivals: all other gladiators in the same level bracket, on all servers.
How it is worked out:
- Each stat gets a percentile: the share of the other gladiators in the bracket that it beats. 80 means the stat is better than 80% of the others. Equal values count as half.
- The percentiles are averaged, each with its stat's weight (the same weights as in build power).
- The result runs from 0 to 100: 50 is a typical build for the bracket, 100 beats every other gladiator on every stat.
Why two scores? In build power, one very high stat can push a build to the top. In the raw score, each stat only counts by its place among the rivals, so no stat can count for more than its weight: the raw score shows how balanced a build is and where it falls behind others. It doesn't use reference values, so a new season does not change it; it changes when the other gladiators of the bracket change.
When two builds have the same build power, the one with the higher raw score is ranked first, then by name. Each bracket page shows the bracket's top 100 builds by build power across all servers; Across brackets uses every gladiator of each bracket. In a bracket with very few gladiators, the raw score only compares those few builds with each other.
Profiles per server
13,917 profiles from 34 servers. Lowest level reached: the level and rank of the deepest row of the server's ranking read by the last full sync. Below 50 means every player at level 50 or higher was fetched. Profiles updated: when a profile from the server was last saved. Capped: the server's ranking stops at rank 1,000, so some players at the lowest levels may be missing. A capped server can still show a few more than 1,000 profiles: the statistics keep every profile fetched in the last 7 days, and players move in and out of the top 1,000 from one sync to the next.
