Who runs the site

Glad-rank.com is a private, non-commercial fan project run by one person (see Support the site).

Visitors

• The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ads or tracking scripts.
• Every request reaches the site through Cloudflare, which delivers it and protects the site against attacks. For that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the request (Cloudflare's privacy policy).
• For each request the server logs the time, the page's path (never the search text), the answer's status and duration, and your address shortened to its network: an IPv4 address to its first three parts (/24), an IPv6 address to its first 48 bits.

Gladiators

The site shows data from public Gladiatus profiles and rankings on Gameforge's servers: a gladiator's name, title, guild, level, place in the ranking, statistics and equipped items, as anyone can see them in the game.

• Purpose: comparing builds across servers. Legal basis: legitimate interest in showing public game data (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
• Each daily sync updates the data. A gladiator whose profile is hidden, or who is neither in the rankings nor fetched any more, is deleted after 30 days, at the next complete daily sync.
• To have your gladiator removed and never fetched again, write to privacy@glad-rank.com with the server and the gladiator's name. You may be asked to show that the gladiator is yours, for example with a word in its profile description.
